The following terms apply to all estate sales, liquidation sales, online auctions, and related services conducted by Caza Estate Sales & Business Liquidation, operated by DAMOR LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By attending a sale, participating in an auction, or purchasing an item through our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Final

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

2. Item Condition

Items sold through estate sales and liquidation sales are typically pre-owned.

Buyers are responsible for carefully inspecting items prior to purchase.

Descriptions, photographs, or verbal statements regarding items are provided as a courtesy and should not be considered guarantees.

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

• cash

• credit cards

• debit cards

• other payment methods announced at the sale

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any payment method.

4. Item Removal

Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items within the timeframe announced during the sale.

Large items may require scheduled pickup times.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the Company does not provide moving, packing, or transportation services.

Items not removed within the required timeframe may be considered abandoned.

5. Online Auctions

For online auctions:

• bidders must register through the designated auction platform

• bids placed are binding

• winning bidders must complete payment within the required timeframe

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the transaction and possible restriction from future bidding.

6. Entry & Safety

Estate sales are often conducted within private homes or private properties.

Visitors must use caution while moving throughout the property.

Children must remain supervised at all times.

Large bags, backpacks, or containers may be restricted at certain sales.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Caza Estate Sales & Business Liquidation reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person for safety, operational, or security reasons.

8. Pricing & Discounts

Prices may change during the course of a sale.

Discount schedules may be applied during multi-day sales at the discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or remove items from sale at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

Caza Estate Sales & Business Liquidation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms will be posted on the website.

10. Liability Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

By attending any estate sale, liquidation sale, preview, pickup, or auction conducted by Caza Estate Sales & Business Liquidation, you acknowledge that sales may take place on private property or in active residential or business environments.

These locations may include stairs, garages, driveways, storage areas, uneven flooring, and other conditions commonly associated with residential or commercial properties.

All persons entering the property do so at their own risk.

Caza Estate Sales & Business Liquidation, DAMOR LLC, the property owner, and their representatives shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damages occurring on the premises.

Buyers assume full responsibility for the handling, transport, and use of purchased items.
